How it works
Five steps, each with a clear owner.
Understand, strategize, build, launch, support. You will always know which step you are in, what we need from you, and what happens next.
- 01
Understand
We learn the business, the customer, the market and your current digital position.
- What you do
- A conversation. Bring what you know about your customers and the work you want more of.
- What Mavorena does
- Questions, a review of anything you already have online, and a written summary of what we heard.
- 02
Strategize
We decide what the website actually needs to accomplish — and what it does not.
- What you do
- Decisions. You confirm the page list, how services are named and the main action a visitor should take.
- What Mavorena does
- A page-by-page structure, messaging priorities and a visual direction to approve.
- 03
Build
We design and develop the digital experience, starting at phone size.
- What you do
- Feedback in two consolidated revision rounds, on real pages rather than mood boards.
- What Mavorena does
- Design and development, accessibility and performance checks, and form testing.
- 04
Launch
We test, refine and deploy the site to the domain you own.
- What you do
- Final sign-off and access to your domain.
- What Mavorena does
- Cross-device launch checks, search setup and a plain-language walkthrough of what exists.
- 05
Support
Mavorena keeps maintaining the digital foundation after launch.
- What you do
- Tell us when something changes in the business.
- What Mavorena does
- Hosting, website care and support through the monthly plan, plus updates as you need them.
First-time questions
The questions people are slightly nervous to ask
Straight answers. Where a detail depends on your specific agreement, that is said plainly rather than invented here.
- What do I need before starting?
- A willingness to answer questions about your business, and any assets you already have. That is genuinely the starting requirement. You do not need a brand guide, finished copy, or a technical brief.
- What if I do not have written content?
- Most first-time clients do not. Notes, old proposals, text messages you have sent to customers and a recorded conversation are all workable raw material. Content direction is one of Mavorena's services, and the level of writing support is stated in your proposal.
- What if I do not have professional photos?
- Real photos from real jobs — even phone photos — usually outperform stock imagery. Where a gap remains, we advise on what to photograph and how, or recommend restrained use of licensed imagery. Photography services themselves are arranged separately.
- Do I need to understand hosting or domains?
- No. You need to own them. Mavorena explains what each one is, registers or configures what is needed in your name where you prefer, and hands over the details in writing. Understanding is optional; ownership is not.
- Can Mavorena help organize my services?
- Yes, and it is often the most valuable part of the project. Deciding what you sell, what it is called, and which service leads is a structural decision that shapes the whole website.
- Will the website work on phones?
- Yes. Design starts at phone size, because that is where most visitors will see your business first. Every page is checked across common phone, tablet, laptop and desktop widths before launch.
- Who owns the finished website?
- Ownership terms are set out in your written proposal or service agreement, which is the controlling document. Mavorena's standard position is that you own your domain, your content and your business assets. Ask for this in writing before signing anything — with any provider.
- What happens after launch?
- You receive a written summary of what exists, how to reach it and what is connected. From then on the monthly plan covers hosting, website care and support, so the site stays maintained rather than drifting out of date.
- How are changes and revisions handled?
- Review rounds are defined in your proposal so that both sides know what is included and what counts as a new request. Mavorena does not advertise unlimited revisions, because in practice that helps nobody plan.
- How long will my project take?
- The target is 2–3 weeks once we have what is reasonably required from you. The biggest variable is how quickly decisions and content come back, and we tell you plainly when the timeline depends on you.
Still deciding whether now is the right time?
Send a short message describing where the business is. If the honest answer is "wait three months and start smaller", you will hear that.
